Because of the nature of our business the customer must be as specific as possible with the information provided to us. These works are considered intellectual property. They can be licensed, copyrighted and published if you, the buyer, desires to. We transfer any and all rights to any license or copyright to you, the buyer. The buyer must in order to protect these rights must obtain a copyright to the works they receive. We at Poets For Hire cannot obtain copyrights for the buyer because of the length of time it takes to process them by the US Copyright Office. The process can take months.

We cannot give refunds for work in progress, completed, or work received by the buyer. We ask that you be sure that this type of work is what you want. We also ask that you be as specific as possible so we can develop the best work possible for you. All information provided will be kept confidential and safeguarded.

Be advised that poetry can be written in various styles and prose. It is our right to determine the style and prose it is our sole right to determine style and prose and the length of any work.

Again because of the nature of our business, all monies for services must be paid up front and we cannot refund any of those monies. Please be certain of what you want before ordering.
